Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) provides therapeutic benefits for optimal health. It is defined as the psychotherapeutic use of movement to further the physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral and spiritual integration of an individual. Swara fuses her training in Dance Therapy with yoga, fitness, wellness techniques to facilitate various movement based workshops. These workshops are revised based on specific needs of the client in addition to promoting empowerment, social bonding, increased motivation, stress relief and developing a mind-body-soul relationship.

Over the years Swara has witnessed positive impact of movement in her clients from various settings such as hospitals, corporate offices, schools, orphanages and day cares.
